WHAT: Summer’s End Open House and Artisan Market
WHERE: Mud Queen Pottery, 5933 Linglestown Rd, Harrisburg, PA
WHEN: Saturday, August 26, 2023, 10 am – 4 pm (rain or shine)
LOAD-IN: Saturday, August 26 from 7:30 am - 10am
LOAD-OUT: Saturday, August 26, beginning at 4 pm

ABOUT THE EVENT

This is our 3rd annual Summer’s End Open House and Artisan Market at Mud Queen Pottery in Linglestown, PA! The artisan market will be held in the parking lot and side lawn, next to the barn studio in the back. The event will feature incredible local artists, live entertainment, and a food truck.

  • Vendor spaces are outside and are designated on the market maps below. Each vendor space is 10’x’10’ (excluding food/music space) with the exception of porch spaces, which are large enough to fit a 6x3’ table set up.

  • Artists are responsible for providing their own canopy/easy up, a table with a tablecloth, and chairs. Tents are not specifically required, but are highly recommended due to the probability of sun!

  • We also suggest you bring some type of cart or wagon to help unload your materials - event coordinators are also vending that day but will be as helpful as possible to anyone in need of assistance!

  • This event is rain or shine. If vendors decide to cancel due to weather, it will not be held against you - but you will not receive a refund of the fee paid to secure your spot.

BATHROOMS

Vendor bathrooms are located inside the Mud Queen retail space (gray house) and inside the barn studio. These bathrooms are for vendors ONLY, please do not direct customers to these bathrooms. St. Thomas Roasters, Mellow Minded Cafe and the Eagle all have public restrooms that customers can use.

Driving From Mountain Road, you will turn on Raspberry Lane and drive to the end (the road is blocked by the property after Mud Queen).

Driving From Linglestown Road, you will turn into the parking lot between Mellow Minded Cafe and Treasures from Home Consignment, drive down to the stop sign and turn right. Parking will be available behind and to the left of our barn.

If you have family and friends who are planning to attend, please let them know about the free parking available on Linglestown Rd. and each of the marked public parking spaces in the map below. Event attendees should not be directed to park behind the pottery barn, this parking is for vendors ONLY.

There are 3 free public parking locations available in Linglestown, but vendors are able to park in Mud Queen Pottery’s private parking lot behind the pottery barn.
